Built in 1938 in the style of a Canadian lodge, we have lovingly restored the property that sits in eighteen acres of land with 360-degree views over the stunningly beautiful Yorkshire Dales National Park.

Knowles Lodge is a bed and breakfast in the Yorkshire Dales that offers excellent access to all that Yorkshire has to offer. The historically interesting towns of Harrogate and Skipton are within easy reach and we are surrounded by a multitude of cycling and walking routes…not to mention lots of country pubs! We are also a perfect first night stop for Dales Way walkers as the route runs through our bottom meadow, meaning you don’t have to add any extra miles!

Whatever your reason for visiting our bed and breakfast in the Yorkshire Dales, you are guaranteed a restful stay. We have paid great attention to detail ensuring that all our rooms are en-suite with baths and power-showers and all our beds are exceptionally comfortable.
